Dr. Nic Berglund earned his Doctorate in Chiropractic and a Masters in Sports Medicine from the University of Western states in Portland, Oregon. Since becoming a Doctor of Chiropractic, he has helped thousands of patients from professional athletes, weekend warriors, and desk workers recover from their injuries. With a background in sports medicine and certifications in A.R.T (Active Release Technique), The Graston Technique, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, The McKenzie Method, and Neurodynamic Solutions, he is uniquely positioned to provide care not only for spinal-related injuries but also for injuries outside the spine such as Rotator Cuff Injuries, Tennis Elbow, Runners Knee and much more. He focuses on tissue quality and proper stability for all patients by combining Chiropractic and Rehabilitation techniques with the ultimate goal of getting you back to doing what you love.
Dr. Nicholas Berglund
Dr. Sabena earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic from the Palmer College of Chiropractic in San Jose, California. With a passion for helping others, Dr. Sabena is renowned for her comprehensive approach to patient care. She has undergone training in a variety of advanced techniques, including the Diversified Technique, the gentle Thompson Drop Technique, the prenatal-friendly Webster Technique, and the precise, instrument-based Activator method. Her expertise allows her to provide highly personalized care, tailored to meet the unique needs of each of her patients. Dr. Sabena treats patients with a wide range of conditions, including sciatica, tech neck, pre- and post- natal related pain, and various sports and repetitive stress injuries. Her commitment to alleviating pain and enhancing spinal alignment is complemented by her dedication to educating patients, empowering them to take an active role in their health and wellness journey.
Dr. Sabena Chahal
Dr. Breanna Murphy is passionate about empowering patients through holistic health and wellness. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from CSU Monterey Bay and went on to complete her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Life Chiropractic College West.
Dr. Murphy specializes in spinal adjustments and movement-based therapies designed to relieve pain, restore function, and enhance overall vitality. She is certified in the Active Release Technique (A.R.T.), and Webster modalities, and is trained in a variety of methods to care for patients of all ages, from expectant mothers to children and older adults. Her compassionate approach and deep understanding of human movement allow her to tailor treatments to each patient’s unique needs, blending chiropractic care with active movement to promote lasting pain relief, improved health, and a greater quality of life outside of the clinic.
